Introduction

Novahub Technology Company Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the SnapPose mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

SnapPose collects the minimum data needed to suggest poses and improve how well it understands your photos. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or location, and you do not need an account.

What We Collect

  • Photos you upload. Your photo is analyzed to find matching poses. We keep a reduced-size copy (512 px) for up to 90 days to measure and improve analysis quality and to see which scenes users need. A small number may be kept longer as a test set for quality checks.
  • Analysis results. The scene attributes and text description generated from your photo, and which poses we showed you.
  • An anonymous device ID. A random ID created on your device and stored with your uploads so we can find and delete them if you ask. It is not linked to your name, account, or advertising ID.

How SnapPose Works

Your photo is sent to our server and analyzed by Google’s Gemini API to determine scene type, lighting and mood. Matching pose references are returned to you. A reduced copy of the photo is kept as described above.

In-App Purchases

If you choose to subscribe to SnapPose Unlimited, your purchase is processed entirely through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, depending on where you installed the app. We do not have access to your payment information. The store’s own privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

For information about Apple’s privacy practices, visit Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

SnapPose uses the following third-party services:

  • Google (Gemini API) — analyzes uploaded photos. Google’s terms govern its processing.
  • Cloudflare (R2) — stores reduced photo copies in a private, non-public bucket.
  • Our hosting provider — runs our servers and database.
  • Apple App Store and Google Play — for app distribution and in-app purchases
  • Apple StoreKit — for subscription management

These services are governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Photo copies are deleted automatically after 90 days. A small set labeled for quality testing may be kept until you ask us to delete it. Analysis results are kept to track trends.

Pose references saved to your camera roll are stored locally on your device and are not accessible to us.

Your Choices and Deletion

You can ask us to delete your photos and related data. Find your privacy ID at the bottom of the app or site (“Your privacy ID”), then email it to [email protected]. We will delete the stored photos, analysis results and related records for that ID.

Photos uploaded from a different device or browser, or after clearing app data, have a different ID.

Children’s Privacy

SnapPose is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a photo of a child was uploaded, contact us with the privacy ID and we will delete it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
